Sarah has a passion for food and feeding people. She believes Food is love! Cooking and baking for her family for the last 30 years has brought Sarah great joy. When the space for Poppie’s came available she was intrigued. After running her vegan bakery, NiceBites, for over 5 years she knew there was a need to have a restaurant which served the community no matter how you eat. Poppie’s has given her an opportunity to share her passion for food and people in a new way!

Cole worked at QuikTrip for 14 years wearing many different hats while he was there. He grew up in the kitchen always enjoying trying new recipes and techniques. Cole believes food is part of a healthy lifestyle and enjoys developing recipes with fresh ingredients and bold taste. He is an expert at keeping the menu items unique, exciting, and tasty!
